1. Return & Exchange Policy

At Zexeukhar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

2. Standard Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your purchased items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Custom cut fabrics (less than a full roll) can only be returned if defective

3. Sample Returns

Fabric samples are non-returnable. We encourage ordering samples before purchasing larger quantities to ensure the color, texture, and weight meet your expectations.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@zexeukhar.top or +41 74 698 58 12. We will replace the item or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Please provide photographs of the damage to expedite the process. We may ask you to return the defective item for quality control purposes.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@zexeukhar.top or +41 74 698 58 12 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  3. Include your original receipt and the RAN number
  4. Ship the package to:

6. Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team for a prepaid shipping label.

7. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. For payments made via bank transfer, please allow additional processing time.

8. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

If the exchange is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the new item.

9. Late or Missing Returns

If you return an item after the 30-day period, we may, at our discretion, offer a store credit instead of a refund.

If you believe you've returned an item but have not received a confirmation email within 7 business days, please contact our customer service team.

10. Special Orders and Custom Items

Custom-made items, special orders, and products cut to specific measurements cannot be returned unless they are defective. This includes:

  • Custom-dyed fabrics
  • Cut-to-measure fabric pieces
  • Made-to-order curtains and blinds
  • Personalized items

11. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it will need to go through the standard return process.

For custom orders, cancellations are only possible before production begins.
